Your Assessment Findings, Presented for Practical Use

Delivery is the point at which we provide the results of your AI Project Risk assessment in a PDF report.

The report brings together the potential risks identified from your project information and questionnaire responses, their possible effects on the initiative, and recommended actions for the responsible executives and project team.

It reflects the snapshot you submitted—not changes that may have occurred afterward.

What Your Report Contains

Assessment Context

The report identifies the initiative and the reported project stage, objectives, and snapshot date. It also notes important information gaps that affect how the findings should be interpreted. This context helps readers understand what the assessment covers and the limits of its conclusions.

Findings and Their Basis

Each material finding explains the potential concern and the supplied information that led to it. The report distinguishes between conditions your team described, risks inferred from those conditions, and matters requiring clarification. Where existing mitigations have been reported, these are considered rather than presenting the concern in isolation.

Potential Impact and Recommended Actions

The report explains how an identified risk could affect the initiative’s intended outcomes and suggests practical steps to address it. Recommendations are intended to help responsible people understand what needs attention. They do not replace your organization’s judgment about which actions to take.

When to Expect Your Report

A typical assessment report is delivered within a couple of days of receiving the information needed to complete the assessment.

If an important response requires clarification, we may need further input before finalizing the relevant findings. Clear and complete responses help reduce avoidable delays.

Understanding the Findings After Delivery

Receiving a report should not leave you with unexplained terminology or uncertainty about the reasoning behind a finding.

One-on-one consultation and support are planned to help customers discuss the report, clarify recommendations, and raise concerns about possible misunderstandings.

If you believe a finding does not accurately reflect the information submitted, it is important to distinguish an assessment error from a project change that occurred after the snapshot. A later change does not alter what was reported at the original assessment date.

Planned: Interactive Access to Your Report

We plan to supplement PDF delivery with a secure website experience where customers can navigate their assessment findings and ask a report-specific AI assistant questions.

This enhancement is intended to make it easier to understand:

  • Why a concern was identified
  • Which supplied information supports it
  • What a recommendation means in practical terms
  • Where the assessment remains uncertain

The interactive experience will supplement the report, not represent continuous monitoring of the initiative. It is a planned enhancement rather than a currently available delivery feature.
