How It Works

From Your Project Snapshot to a Risk Assessment Report

The AI Project Risk assessment uses information you provide to identify potential risks in your initiative, explain their possible impact, and recommend practical actions.

The process is based on a snapshot of the project at a particular point in time. We do not continuously monitor your initiative or access your internal systems.

Describe Your AI Initiative

You begin by providing basic project information, including its purpose, current stage, expected outcomes, and measures of progress.

You also answer questions that give further context about how the initiative is organized and how its AI capabilities are intended to work.

Together, these responses form the snapshot used for the assessment. Detailed technical specifications are not required, but clear descriptions help make the analysis more relevant.

Describe the Current Situation

Distinguish arrangements already implemented from those still planned. Where something is unknown or not applicable, say so rather than supplying an assumed answer.

Include relevant known risks and existing measures where the questionnaire invites that information.

Our Assessment Agents Analyze Your Responses

A series of AI agents, guided by structured instructions, examines the supplied information across Strategy, Governance, Data, Models, and Execution.

The agents consider both individual responses and the connections between them. Their task is to identify potential concerns specific to the described initiative—not simply list common AI risks.

Connect Conditions to Possible Consequences

The analysis considers how a reported arrangement, dependency, or gap could interfere with the intended outcome.

For example, if an initiative aims to reduce staff workload but relies on substantial manual review, the assessment may question whether the expected benefit accounts for that effort.

Recognize Information Limits

An unanswered question does not prove that a control is missing. Where a conclusion depends on information not supplied, the assessment should identify the uncertainty and qualify the finding.

The agents do not independently verify the implementation or invent technical details to complete the picture.

Findings Are Compiled Into Your Report

The analysis is brought together in a PDF report that explains:

  • The potential risks identified
  • The supplied information supporting the findings
  • How those risks could affect the initiative
  • Existing measures considered in the analysis
  • Recommended actions and important uncertainties

A typical report is delivered within a couple of days of receiving the information needed to complete the assessment. Important clarification needs may affect that timing.

Review the Findings and Seek Clarification

Your team reviews the report and decides which recommendations to act on.

If a finding appears unclear or inconsistent with your understanding, its reasoning can be examined against the information originally supplied. This helps distinguish an interpretation error from missing context or a project change after the snapshot.

Planned one-on-one consultation and support will provide an opportunity to discuss questions with a knowledgeable person.

Planned Interactive Report Assistance

We also plan to supplement the PDF with website access that lets customers navigate their findings and ask a report-specific AI assistant questions.

This will help explain the assessment without turning it into continuous project monitoring or silently changing the original report.

Request Another Assessment When Appropriate

If your initiative progresses or changes, you can submit an updated snapshot for a new assessment.

Each assessment reflects its own submitted information and date. You can compare reports, but our service does not observe what happens between snapshots or automatically confirm that earlier concerns have been resolved.

What the Process Provides

The result is a structured, questionnaire-based view of potential risks in your reported initiative.

It is not a technical audit, certification, or guarantee that every risk has been found. Its purpose is to help your team understand relevant concerns and possible responses while leaving project decisions with your organization.
