About WorkforceAI
What is WorkforceAI?
WorkforceAI is an easy-to-use platform that helps large enterprises build and sustain workforce readiness by identifying skills gaps and giving executives timely information for HR decisions.
It continuously identifies skills gaps across the organization and offers access to upskilling and reskilling resources to reduce those gaps.
What is the methodology and focus of this solution?
WorkforceAI focuses on honing the skills base of the organization so it stays aligned with strategic goals.
What industries use WorkforceAI?
WorkforceAI is not aligned to any particular industry; any large organization that needs its skills base aligned with strategy can use it.
The same method applies whether the organization operates in financial services, government, professional services, or another sector.
Skills inventory
How long does it take to build a skills inventory?
An accurate skills inventory for an organization with 5,000 or more employees can be ready in a couple of days.
Speed and accuracy are the hallmarks of the WorkforceAI method, which is designed to produce a usable inventory without a long internal survey cycle.
What are the key benefits of a WorkforceAI skills inventory?
A WorkforceAI skills inventory gives the organization a complete, current view of skills across divisions, departments, and subsidiaries, with a low learning curve for users.
- Complete organization skills inventory
- Coverage of divisions, departments, and subsidiaries
- Easy user interface with a low learning curve
- Identification of internal, at-risk positions and new skills needed
- AI-based design for continuous employee skills updates
- A current view of the pulse of the organization
- Access to upskill and reskill resources
- Lower talent-acquisition cost and stronger collaboration
Can I import my spreadsheets into WorkforceAI?
WorkforceAI does not recommend importing spreadsheets because that method is slow and the data often becomes outdated before it is finished.
What about transient skills or expertise needed by the organization?
Skills inventory management focuses on the critical core skills the organization must maintain; transient skills are usually obtained through outsourcing, consultancies, and the gig economy.
No organization has every skill it will need. The inventory is designed to protect the skills that must stay in-house.
How it works
Who does the work?
WorkforceAI’s AI methods and data-collection algorithms handle data aggregation and renewal; a C-suite executive, usually the CHRO, can start and control the process for the organization.
How do new technologies factor into the process?
WorkforceAI is designed to keep the organization aware of emerging technologies and the skills those technologies require relative to its goals.
How is quality assurance achieved?
Quality assurance is built into the WorkforceAI method: each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their data, with checks from administrators and peers.
How are skills gaps tracked?
Skills-gap tracking is continuous: new learning, reskilling, and upskilling are incorporated as work proceeds, and relevant new technologies appear in the organization’s skills gap as they emerge.
Security and getting started
How about security and confidentiality of my data?
WorkforceAI treats the skills inventory as a high-value organizational resource and applies controls to preserve security and confidentiality of customer data.
The Privacy statement explains the steps taken to protect that data.
How do I get started?
Start by choosing a subscription package on the WorkforceAI signup page, then log in to the Skills Inventory dashboard to begin generating the inventory.
The interface is designed so the process requires little learning before the first inventory run.
